Great workout today – Something beautiful about being outside, practicing intentionality and mindfulness, and working toward mastery at a craft…yes all of this and more is waiting for you at the driving range 🙂
To top off 2 hours at the range, I did a 2 mile jog with Maya and 4 supersets of 20 rep lunge then squat plyometrics…
Tomorrow – Cardio in the AM then bi’s, tri’s and hamstrings
